Pizza Dough (Frozen)

The best pizza is homemade, and no two are alike. Thaw dough in refrigerator overnight (bag may puff). Sprinkle work surface with gluten free flour to avoid sticking. Spread by hand or roll to desired size and thickness and add toppings. Bake at 350-550°F on a pan or preheated pizza stone. Bake time depends on crust thickness and toppings. Overnight refrigerated shipping in an insulated liner with gel packs required. The cost of the liner and gel packs is included in the calculated shipping price. Based on a traditional recipe, these biscuits are buttery and tender, a perfect match for strawberries and cream, or along side any gravy or meal. Note: Contains Dairy These biscuits can be shipped anywhere and do not require refrigerated shipping, so the cost is not extreme. They freeze perfectly, so stock up! Dumpling Wrappers

New 4 inch diameter size! These wrappers can be made into dumplings, pierogi or ravioli. Made by hand without preservatives. Keep refrigerated or frozen. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for several hours before stuffing. Can be boiled, steamed or fried after stuffing. Packages are by weight, but there are always at least 12 wrappers.
